We make 100% efforts in providing a quality product and satisfactory service. We know in some cases, the customer wants to return their ordered item because of the wrong size, color difference, damage, etc.

If any of the above happens in your case, we would be happy to offer you 60 Days Easy Return on the basis of website policy.


Certain requirements for return or exchange:

• You need to send us pictures of your product within three (3) days via email. You also need to mention whether you are looking for an exchange or refund.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• The exchange will be offered only if the desired product, size, color or style is available. 

Size:

We’ve attached size info on every product page. It is recommended to cross-check the size before placing your order. If your product is not fitting, kindly inform us within three (3) days. 

Damaged:

Any product we sent is double checked by our quality department officers. If the product got damage on the way to your address, you can send us back. We will need your order details, a reason for returning/exchanging and pictures of your defective product within three (3) days via email. 

Shipping:

Please make sure to use a reliable courier service and also send us tracking details so we can trace it. Note - shipping cost of any return must be paid by the customer.

We will not accept return or exchange if:

• You failed to inform us within three (3) days.
• The product is missing our original tags.
• The product is repaired, washed or dry-cleaned. 

Refunds:

Once your product has arrived at our warehouse, we will notify you that we got your return. We will also mention whether the refund is applicable or not depending on the product’s condition.

If approved, you will receive an email that will notify you on how time is required.
